i bought this for my prom / graduation and i was really nervous so i got the express shipping, it came very fast but was not the colour it said .. but i ended up liking the way it turned out more then the original photos. i did get alterations to make the sleeves fit me and the material was hard to move in at times. the dress is amazing quality though and people were shocked i bought it from online ! with heels this dress was the perfect height . thank you so much amyprom.com
I was nervous to order a dress online because I've had bad experiences in the past. I wanted my wedding dress to look like the photos I had found on social media, and Amyprom really did make it happen! They walked through the whole ordering process with me, and have the best online customer service I've experienced. They reply to the live chat quickly and respond to their emails very quick as well. I got my wedding dress as a picture order and in a custom size, and the dress fits me perfectly! It look identical to the photos I've sent them and I won't be needing any adjustments. The material and lace is done so finely, it really looks like they put a lot of effort into it. Shopping is very easy on this site, as you can ask them questions anytime and they are able to take custom orders based on photos and sizing! The order also came really fast, and if you ask they are willing to send you photos of their process work. The customer service once again is so friendly, I'd be looking forward to shopping her again in the future. Thanks Amyprom for your amazing customer service and beautiful dress! It was definitely worth the wait as it first perfectly on me. I would 100% recommend shopping with them!
